Does anyone know how to lose weight as someone who has both adhd and anemia? Please don't bullshit me I want something that actually works cause I've tried everything gym,pilates, homework outs,taebo,dieting and I really can't stick to one thing. I can go consistently for weeks but once I miss a day it's all over ╥﹏╥. Please helppp I'll thank you for generations

i'm going to be so fr it doesn't matter if you try the gyn, pilates, dieting, etc bc the issue is that you can't stick with it regardless of how you work out. if you can go consistently for weeks that means it's at least you have the mindset to commit to it. you genuinely just need to bring yourself to go back JUST ONCE after you take a break. you ...... reply
first, you should visit a doctor to understand the reason you can't lose weight. since you have adhd, you probably take medicine for the treatment, so talk with your psychiatrist about the side effects.
try following the treatment for anemia first as well, no point in forcing a diet if your body will keep everything inside because your body is alre...... reply

I would really like to know more about the calorie thing but I don't know if a dm feature exists on this site. i get it i have the same issue my mums a personal trainer and a bodybuilder and shes currently putting me on a calorie deficit, you gotta build up a routine which i find hard cuz i get offtrack so easily but start small walk like 15 minutes a day and build that up 20 minutes an hour so on so forth, home workouts are okayyy for cardio and you defin...... 1 reply
