Does anyone know how to lose weight as someone who has both adhd and anemia? Please don't bullshit me I want something that actually works cause I've tried everything gym,pilates, homework outs,taebo,dieting and I really can't stick to one thing. I can go consistently for weeks but once I miss a day it's all over ╥﹏╥. Please helppp I'll thank you for generations
i get it i have the same issue my mums a personal trainer and a bodybuilder and shes currently putting me on a calorie deficit, you gotta build up a routine which i find hard cuz i get offtrack so easily but start small walk like 15 minutes a day and build that up 20 minutes an hour so on so forth, home workouts are okayyy for cardio and you defin...... 1 reply
