Yeah you sound depressed. Seems like your brain is not making enough happy chemical. Your background suggests you have deep seated emotional issues that aren't addressed yet. There seems to be a huge backlog of things you weren't able to talk about, air feelings and process them, no wonder you sound depressed. Best to see a professional. The meds h......   1 reply

Honestly, isolation can cause someone to be depressed and does so very normally. Feeling depressed will cause someone to feel more lonely than they actually are. Also, it seems you might be experiencing sadness because you don’t have anyone your age to communicate with. I watch mental health practitioners vids on YT like Dr. Tracey Marks (psychiatrist, psychotherapist, into neuroscience), Dr. K (psychiatrist, psychotherapist) and Dr. Julie (psychologist). I watch vlogger that is like an existential therapist like Britt Hartle......   1 reply

It's possible that you're depressed The best thing you could do is look for a professional help. Not just because they will help you deal with whatever you're feeling, but for me it was so important to be acknowledged and get a proper diagnosis!! I was always afraid that I was being too weak or dramatic, but when a doctor told me I was depressed I ......   reply
