What do yall do when depression hits to feel better?
Er... I may or may not be seeking advice BUT what does everyone do when they feel down in the dumps (or suicidal I'm not gonna sugarcoat ik we some depressed bitches here) To cheer up and get the courage to face another day? Genuinely curious.
Sweets help almost all the time for me. If I feel down I just eat some sweet snacks and forget about everything else. But there were times when I don't wanna (or just can't) eat or drink anything, I'll just cry. Crying helps venting out my frustration, and then I ended up getting sleepy amd then just go sleep.
