What do yall do when depression hits to feel better?
Er... I may or may not be seeking advice BUT what does everyone do when they feel down in the dumps (or suicidal I'm not gonna sugarcoat ik we some depressed bitches here) To cheer up and get the courage to face another day? Genuinely curious.
i usually play or watch things that make me happy and heavily avoid things that make me sad. just distracting yourself from the bad and focusing on the good can help for awhile, but getting it off your chest and talking about how you're feeling could very much help for long-term. just in my slight experience!
