What do yall do when depression hits to feel better?
Er... I may or may not be seeking advice BUT what does everyone do when they feel down in the dumps (or suicidal I'm not gonna sugarcoat ik we some depressed bitches here) To cheer up and get the courage to face another day? Genuinely curious.
i talk to my friends, or write about it in my private account where little to no one knows me. that or i blast songs til i cry all of it out, then watch funny memes or cat videos. reply
