Insomnia
I suffer from Insomnia for 9 yrs (pretty bad hahaha) i did take medicine in past, and try several methods, but at some point nothing makes me to fall asleep, so i wonder if anyone here have the same problem as me and somehow can help me with their experience, and to be honest, I know im helpless... ( ̄∇ ̄")
i get you i get you. i've had it for a similar amount of time as well. i think if you already arent, take melatonin, if you already are take more within a safe ammount of time. i also recommend no lights on and tech away although nobody does that.
i know how tough it can be so i know some of the above might not do much but it could be a start (?)....... reply
