Insomnia
I suffer from Insomnia for 9 yrs (pretty bad hahaha) i did take medicine in past, and try several methods, but at some point nothing makes me to fall asleep, so i wonder if anyone here have the same problem as me and somehow can help me with their experience, and to be honest, I know im helpless... ( ̄∇ ̄")
I feel you, i've had insomnia for 4 years now and i've started using melatonin since a year ago, many of my friends said that shit doesnt work for them but ngl it helps a bit! I usually take it like an hour before I go to bed with water, make sure I’m actively trying to relax and then get settled!! reply
