While I would say yes, I feel like you could lose some important contacts that you might want to stay in touch with. I'd honestly opt for deleting all posts and disabling them on your phone for a while. Don't need to tell anyone you're doing it if you don't want to, just take some time for yourself. Or even make a new acct you don't tell others abo...... reply
