I feel sad randomly
I dont know why but i feel sad regularly and like randomly, I know better than ask random people online for mental health advice but i am here to find out if people also feel this way, and if i am having some sort of mental issue. I dont have any money right now so even if i wanted help I cant really get any and I feel like i want to die but I dont really wnat to kill myself like whenever i pass by a building I just think about dying and so on...I really dont know what to make of this...I know I feel lonely and stuff but I dont know why I feel sad now, i have friends that I can talk to, a family I can talk to but I just cant seem to bring myself to talk to them...
i want to give an advice but im literally in the same situation too so idk if it was a good one if there's something stuck in your mind that you really want to talk about, it's better to vent/let it out. either with your friends or a family, tho you can even vent anonymously on internet if you're too embarrassed or smth 1 reply

Solution: Call your name loudly in your inner monologue. Basically call yourself , whenever sad thoughts occupy your mind . Almost like ...... reply
We're on the same boat, i fear Personally, i really like to indulge in music and go out on walks or just sit outside for a bit, it gives me a moment to address what's going on inside in a somewhat private location (my home is kinda small and i get emotional easily lol) doing this doesn't necessarily "fix" my problems, but it does help a little bit ...... reply
Can you think of a trigger or a reason for this feeling? I don't mean you need a reason to feel this way. Some people feel this way because of their brain chemistry and should be treated like any other sick person, because depression is not in your control. I hope you're not blaming yourself for feeling this way. reply
