Question
How do y'all deal with anxious thoughts that won't go away? Like, you just want to rest for a while and enjoy the present, but your mind keeps going back to the same problem.
one thing i like to do is write a brain dump in my notes app of every single think im thinking/worrying about, even if it's small or insignificant. then i write solutions for some of them if i can. it helps keep me organized so i know i can come back to it later idk
