one thing i like to do is write a brain dump in my notes app of every single think im thinking/worrying about, even if it's small or insignificant. then i write solutions for some of them if i can. it helps keep me organized so i know i can come back to it later idk my other option is weed   reply

Honestly, redirection or grounding, forcing urself to take ur mind off of it, whether its doing a hobby, being w friends, having a snack, etc etc. It does take practice tho and it isn't a long term fix if u don't address underlying causes of the anxiety sadly lol. all the best my friend   1 reply
