Do you talk it out or write it down?

Do you prefer talking about your feelings and thoughts when you’re feeling down, or do you prefer writing or drawing them out?

Personally, I prefer talking it out. Writing everything down can sometimes feel like a chore or a job to me.

I write it down in my notes if I think I sound good enough to use as one liners. Other than that I bottle it up until I have to do a plank to calm myself down. reply
