personally i like when ukes don't look like they'd break in half if a leaf fell on them but a lot of older fujos/fudans i know HATE bigger ukes. idk i like when the seme is bigger than the uke tho but only when its like a reasonable amount or when the uke is buff but the seme is buffer BUT there are exceptions
For me it’s twink seme x buff uke, buff seme x buff uke, or twink seme x twink uke. I’m not a big fan of size differences so I don’t like small uke and buff seme. I do like cute ukes though like the ukes in these ones
