Questions for old mgg users
How come you didn't like quit this site and used another one? Why are you still here? I mean despite that whole 1 month shutdown thing way back in pandemic. Idk how long it was, but what made you know this was going to come back? That you remembered your pass? Did you check everyday or sum? Would you be able to adapt to other sites if this was gone?
For anyone who's interested this is what Mangago looked like back in 2014. We had a version very similar to the one we use today but there was also a button that let you switch to the "old version": the original site shown in the first picture. Also to answer the question, I just stuck with this one and that's it. I miss my old accounts...

1) i never felt the need to switch i actually never even used bato when it was still up. It was just a if it ain’t broke don’t fix it kinda thing )even if it did break)

i joined during 2014 ish where there was actually good mangas and this website was one the most consistent then some updates happened, lost my account, reported to mgg but yeah cant be saved so i created a new account and honestly, its pretty organized and consistent without much ads unlike others or maybe im just biased and lazy to change. sometim...... reply

this is more of a backup or niche site to me. my mains were mangafox - batoto (not bato) - mangadex, with some other sites here and there. i used this site sporadically for bl that wasn't on mangafox way back when (2010-14) and was on here a bit more before I made an account (2016-18). Well I wouldn't say I didn't use any other reading sources but whenever it's down, my gut feeling just kept telling me "meh, it'll be back anytime soon" I could just focus on my studies for now. mgg has the most neat and tidy UI compared to other compacted sites, and back then this was the only site that got almost every title of stories that exists. i was fortunate to not be active at all on this site on pandemic era, so i didn't even know that happened. my password is automatically saved on my account. and i do check this site everyday, ...... reply
