Exactly HOW TF do you guys deal with painful period cramps. Mine just started and I don't think I'll be seeing tomorrow's Sun rise ATP. Gimme unhinged tips idc. I want these GONE.
aside from the usual heating pads + painkillers combo, there's really nothing else to do. i've heard that taking pills preemptively (before cramps begin, and then taking them every 4-6 hrs to stay on top of it) instead of reactively (when youre already feeling the pain) is supposed to be better. ill have to try it on my next one bc im also desperat...... reply
