The long-term answer is to get on Birth Control if you can. For me, starting birth control eliminated my period cramps. It also limits the bleeding to the days I take the end-of-the-pack placebo pills and makes it less heavy. I have irregular periods too, so taking birth control lets me predict when the bleeding will start so I can actually wear ......   reply
