Lidl.
I'd like to personally thank Lidl for existing. Truly one of humanity's greatest achievements. Their prices are low it feels illegal, yet the quality is somehow still amazing.
But the real crown jewel? The bakery section.
Good grief... Lidl is out here carrying the bakery industry on its back.

First thing you need to do is to know how many calories you need a day , and how much you want to spend a day on meals , so it can be different from someone to another, as for your health, you have to save for emergencies, eat well, dress well and take care of yourself, if you feel comfortable with it you can tell me more details so i can help, if ...... reply
Depends on height, weight your trying to stay, and gender
As a female it is a limit to have 6 tbsp of added sugar, and I am Strict about that (for myself)
Get fruits, usually apples and banana are cheapest at this time.
For protein, chicken and eggs too. You can get a 12 amount of eggs at a low price, don't buy egg powder if you see it.

It depends on your goals, habits and circumstances. If you have any health complications, those takes priority in planning your diet and exercise (PCOS, high BP, obesity, diabetes, etc.)--search it up. If planning everything is overwhelming, just start with what's achievable now. Doesn't have to be perfect. When it comes to meal prep on a low budge...... reply
only buy local vegetables, fruits and meat + eggs for protein (dont eat too much of the yolk tho), and i do free exercise like walking, jogging and those youtube fitness guru. reply
Probably not the answer you're looking for but by doing intermittent fasting is one way of cutting grocery expenses. Even with short windows (less than 16 hours) I feel better than eating 3 times a day. reply
