Men do suffer but the suffering depends on their "rank" like if you're a white wealthy ahh man, the chances of you suffering from patriarchal norms are low low. But if you're a man but you're a poc and financially struggling, you'll feel the patriarchal norms. And about women Don't get me started bru... the women are always seen beneath a man. I think men do owe a debt to women and that being, allowing women to take up the leadership roles that have been reserved for men, to have their voices and thoughts be heard without having to flatter men. those kinds of things I think is the debt men have to pay reply
