I used to use hugs as an alternative for my family kissing me as I didn't like the feeling of their lips on my cheeks and shit (no, never my lips.) I think I kind of regret that, bc now my younger sibling is obsessed with trying to hug me, which is cute, but she asks every minute like I owe her money.
Honestly hugs always felt a bit awkward even ......
