Is it cheating to read yaoi?
I'm lowk curious to know because I recently was talking to a male friend and I was explaining what micro cheating is and I used porn as an example being that its a person lusting over another, he then proceeds to say how I would need to stop reading explicit manwhas and mangas since its technically porn I then try to make my case saying that I don't think it would be cheating since I'm not reading it only for the explicit content or gooning material.
In the end we just couldn't come to an agreeement so pls tell me what you guys think
I think only insecure people would think either actual porn OR fictional yaoi is considered cheating ngl.
But also lowkey if my girlfriend thought I was cheating on her by reading GLs then I would stop but she would also have to give up porn/erotica too. Fair is fair. ️️ reply
