Is it cheating to read yaoi?
I'm lowk curious to know because I recently was talking to a male friend and I was explaining what micro cheating is and I used porn as an example being that its a person lusting over another, he then proceeds to say how I would need to stop reading explicit manwhas and mangas since its technically porn I then try to make my case saying that I don't think it would be cheating since I'm not reading it only for the explicit content or gooning material.
In the end we just couldn't come to an agreeement so pls tell me what you guys think
It's dumb as fuck to think of porn as cheating but if you think porn is cheating then reading this shit is also cheating. You stance is hypocritical af, but watching porn or reading smut doesn't mean your cheating on your partner. This feels so controlling or like... Religious purity bs.
