Would it be cheating to mention an actual music themed anime? Anyways, y'all should REALLY watch Blue Giant, it's such a peak AF movie with beautiful animation and jazz soundtracks, it made me crode ️
But if we're speaking about ops/eds then nothing would beat Ono Masatoshi's Departure from HxH (HxH also has really great soundtracks btw)
