Anyone else having memory problems?
Like the title says, I'm having serious memory problems. I can't even properly recall stuff when someone brings it up. I can't remember what I did like yesterday or a week ago if I don't constantly recall it. I'm in my 20s but this has been going on for years. Heck I don't even have a good memory of my childhood I forgot 90% of it. This is causing me serious problems because I'm in uni rn and have trouble remembering stuff that I need for my courseworks/exams or js anything related in general. Anyone having similar problems? If so have you found the solutions?
Yea i have the same problem, though i am neurodivergent and have mental illnesses. So maybe there is something like this with you too? You need to go check
Edit: why everyone saying adhd like its the only one that can cause memory problems. It could be anything, autism, DLD? Trauma/mental illness, diabetes, tumour, epilepsy, Hello? reply
