Ngl I've been thinking about this question for awhile now but i find this difficult to answer. I mean yes I've experienced regrets but they don't feel so huge, overwhelming or difficult anymore, nor a difficult/large part of my life (inner work, processing the past, grief/emotions is vital in how you experience regret or your own life story).
