I’m in complete despair right now..

soooo allata my favourite (dare i say massively underrated) manwhas and mangas have been dropped in recent years, but the creators are still uploading their work in their own language.

i'm gonna be in college soon, and have got some exams right now; from a scale of 1 to 10, how bad an idea is it for me to pursue this as a hobby of sorts after i'm done with my finals?

As we all know the reason b4toto was taken down is because of kakao entertainment. Overpriced manhwas are the reasons these sites keep being taken down so i personally believe they shouldn't be uploaded anymore and the site should be manga focused

The creators have made it aware that they do not care and will continue doing so while reporting them. This site was listed there fully exposed with zero censorship. Be aware of who you are sharing sites with.

Through its dedicated anti-piracy enforcement arm, P.CoK, the South Korean entertainment giant is categorically targeting Bato.to and many related people and services.

The most significant blow to the operation is the identification of Bato.to’s founder and core developer. P.CoK confirmed to TorrentFreak that they have tracked the individual to their country of residence, where legal proceedings are now active.

Responding to this threat, the P.CoK team tackled the problem from multiple sides. In addition to preparing a lawsuit against the operator, it went after other key channels, including the aforementioned communities on Reddit and Discord.

“We adopted a strategy that categorizes individuals involved in the operation into multiple tiers and applies tailored countermeasures to each group. Legal proceedings are currently underway in the country of residence of the founder and core developer,” P.CoK notes.“

So I got scared that Mangago might be next in shutting down illegal sites (which I really hope not) after Batoto, and now I’m putting all my saved lists into my notepad so I can still remember them. Thankfully, I never used bookmarks, so I don’t need to list those down.
