sleep paralysis can occur before youve fallen asleep, i recommend not laying flat on your back when ur not asleep. i used to have the same thing happen to me, i found sitting up with pillows helps. and laying on my side does too. i still cant go to sleep on my back bc it ensures sleep paralysis, but its not too bad anymore. if it still happens, jus...... 1 reply
Ive never had sleep paralysis but ive seen around the web that it can be caused by drinking too much caffiene or using sleeping pills or melatonin too much. So if you do either of that mybe limit it.
Also heard it can be caused from stress factors, but gen have no clue how to help u in that case, well hopefully them sleep paralysis demons stop hara...... reply
