I have scoliosis and I alr have the brace for it but now… I’ve been having sm pain in my neck and its so bad that I have ti crack it every few mins to even every few seconds… I also don’t really knwo how to get a good posture for my neck cause I always feel like I’m doing it wrong. PLS help me
