I feel like it's a parallel to our reality
Like the omega represents the women and the alpha represents men .
Then why did we make up this fake reality when it's just like ours ? We can just read about a man and a women u may ask .
Well the answer is pretty simple ,
The explanation is in the psychology of why women prefer bl over straight stuff ,

I've got my first monks tomorrow and I still haven't started revising it's drama and it's an 80 marker and the philosophy I've got like five hours or six but that's if I just revise straight through the night

the omega i forgot what thia meant as a greek alphabet and ik its a mth nightmare term but yes theres misogynistic parts where omegas are treated as the weaker sex but honestly my take us that they dont represent trans ppl and they dont represent women they dont represent fem looking men and certaintly not tryna ...... reply
Omg I get you so much. Ive been thinking about this too twin. I fantasize about world where gender don't exist. Where everyone can just be who they wanna be without any social roles or labels. Its easy to say just to be who you want to be, but irl there are always restrictions and expectations.
For example I don't like how when two different gend...... reply
I mean I think it depends on the manga. Most of it is just mpreg and nothing else, but there are some stories that actually take it seriously and use it as allegory for misogyny and homophobia, as in, actually saying something about it. So this can be used as criticism of patriarchy, just portraying oppression on men similar to oppression on women ...... 1 reply
I think it’d be cool actually, its crazy how many times I’ve been told I’m unladylike…people should just be able to be themselves if they’re not hurting anyone.(⌒▽⌒) reply
Yes and no. Part of the appeal of omegaverse is that it is a place to explore sexism and that it plays with sexist tropes. So obviously it will have parts that echo misogyny in the real world. However, nowadays, bls have started to stray from the traditional alpha x omega and alpha=dominant omega=submissive, exploring more of the implications of th...... reply

I want to live in a world like this. I don't like how certain things are seen as masculine and others as feminine. I think what masculinity is can encompass things about femininity and vice versa and by that point these terms shouldn't exist, because every trait should just be genderless and for anybody.
I do think that. And,also in most of the bls are misogynistic. They portray girls annoying and stupid. We have a narrative in online that gay men are respectful towards women. It's so dumb. Even when most men are straight and desire women, they hate the idea of feminisms and other things. And,when men are gay, they strongly believe in misogyny cause ...... 2 reply
It was not created that way, it was created to showcase the misogyny that happens in real life in a different lense however authors might have different takes on it. It depends on the work. reply
I'll tell you. We start being "sexual" when we were still a baby. But we dont know it, we just thought "hey it's fun! It feels good" but as we grew already we let go of that and fwe forgot. Just like that, what you've been going through it's normal there is nothing weird with that. reply
I think it depends on how wide your understanding is. In our world there are things we do that doesn't really have meaning into it and we just wanna do it but other people labeled it as they see fit. So if you think it's misogynistic the it's misogynistic. You dont need to know what we think because no matter what people say if it is what you think...... 1 reply
I have a few things in mind that i cant coherently unify lol
-Do i think its inherently misogynistic? No. Do i think it there are heteronormative gender themes? Yes.
-Omegaverse has come so far and wide, and thus has been interpreted and expressed differently by different groups in different media e.g. ao3, bl manga, bl manhwa, etc.
-There are ome...... 1 reply
Doesn't sound like hypersexuality to me. I would say most children are exposed to sexual content around the age of 11, which commonly leads to interested or curiosity. That just gets magnified with puberty, and it often leads to masturbation and/or sex. It's an open secret that teens and young adults are hella horny. I don't think anything is wrong...... 1 reply
Yeah it's literally just patriarchy 2.0 and it doesn't even try to say anything it's just omg what if a gender was inherently submissive and patite and could have children and also need a dick up their ass once a month isn't that hot 2 reply
