It was completely cut out that when she was able to go into her spiritual realm, she found her old diary and that's when she realized that the version of her that soma jiao talks about is the same person as her now because she wrote THREE names in there and drew a heart around them. Her current name, his name and her name from her previous life. That's how she was able to piece together that her and his feelings were mutual and genuine. The manhua does a poor job at showing this but hey, that's always been the case. These details matter though because that whole time in her 3rd and current life, it helps her realize the truth and her identity. And that she was thrown into this world before her memory got wiped.
