Damn, MC is a bit too relatable for me, aha. If you have needed to borrow a sizeable amount of money from a friend or family member, then you know how it can destroy the relationship as well as destroy your self-esteem in the process. It's oddly therapeutic to see him escape the dynamic and find a life for himself solely.
I think I will give the novel a try. While I don't normally like harems, the MC doesn't seem to be a raging pervert so. Which honestly, is the biggest reason why I hate the trope.

Guys, don't be like me who started and dropped this several times due to the bad beginning translation. Persevere until at least chapter 20. It evens out. The read becomes much smoother, and you will have no regrets. It's worth it. Halo's passion for music is honestly a joy to read.

This story pisses me off lmao. He's too absolute in his "profiling." So many factors he reads as negative or as a personality disorder can just as easily be due to something more benign. Also, it's clear the author only did a cursory search into the mental illnesses they touched on.
