The double standard for top and bottom is wild ngl, both are adult men stop treating ideum as if he's a baby, he's the older one, and he's an active participant in this friends with benefits relationship, y'all treating jaeyi as if he's leading ideum on when he hasn't done anything wrong, he's also human, he has flaws and is allowed to get frustrated sometimes, I'm actually pleasantly surprised this manhwa didn't fall into the miscommunication trope, the top is doing his best despite his own issues so cut his some slack
I get it. But I also think it's alright to point out the not-so-good decisions the characters make (i.e. forced sex). I haven't read much comments, but from the way I see it, even the exhibitionism ideum did at the start was framed as a flaw stemming from wanting connection and well, desperation. It's frustrating, but these flaws make the story interesting; makes you wanna know how they'll develop their relationship. But just because they're fuck buddies, jaeyi is still in the wrong for forcing an intimate situation with ideum in this chap, especially that although not fully, jaeyi knows he's frustrated and that he's taking it out on ideum. On top of that, jaeyi has some idea about ideum's tendency to be anxious, so, he has a clue of what it might mean for ideum (possibly induces more anxiety). Hence, rather than leading ideum on, i think jaeyi complicates the "relationship" by giving mixed signals. Ngl, it's getting interesting tho. Though it's bare minimum to communicate, jaeyi talking abt his brother proves he's not all bad, just not good at handling the situation.

People getting tired of the story when there's plot instead of romance is crazy, did yall want them to kiss and make up when juheon still has a shit ton of things on the side? That's recipe for disaster, I'd rather get the happy ending after everything is solved
People are tired because it's taking too long, and getting repetive, all this could've gotten done just as well and even more in lesser chapters, but we barely get any new info or progression in each chapter be it romance or family plot. Also the premise did include him having a bad family back story but it was never implied that it was a major focus for the plot or that it's something dangerous, so this is all pretty sudden and unexpected for most readers, that first season had a complelty different tone.
I think it’s more that the plot is progressing too slowly. Like no romance is fine if the plot was plotting but it’s just waaaaay too slow. For example the hunter wants to live quietly has nothing for 70 chapters yet ppl are obsessed, but this one is is just painful
I get it, I think the main issue is that the author has included too many details and is now stuck trying to tie all the knots together, so yeah i do agree that the progress is slow, but the people asking have to kiss and fuck are starting to sound repetitive as well, like if yall want smut there are many manhwas that cater to that, just read full volume or something.
