I am looking for recommendations about BL manhwa/manga/manhua that are focused more on the plot and the characters and don't have smut coming up every few panels...Nowadays most BL have become porn, with plot as the side dish and it's hard to find good shounen Ai or Yaoi with substance...
Btw I would like it if they are complete or near completion and not still ongoing if possible.
Some of my fave reads of the kind are Semantic Error, A shoulder to cry on, The Most Ordinary Relationship, Love tractor, Unintentional love story, Aien Catharsis, Wind Blowing Tonight,Indulged in Your Light etc.
I don't mind darker psychological plots either like the beast must die or Minority but it must have a happy ending!

YES IT IS AHHHHHH OKAY it’s about clans and each heir has a guardian. Lau (mc) is a guardian and has a complicated relationship with his master but one day, a huge tattoo started forming in the back of his masters back and the whole plot is them discovering who put the curse on and what is truly going on. It’s a mystery and action bl manhwa. Personally I think it’s really well written even the female characters, which is very rare and BL they actually have a purpose and have motives. Also the art style is gorgeous.

I am looking for a 90s style drawn shoujo/josei Yakuza manga! I read it years ago and I can't seem to find it on my list anymore... The manga opened with the ML getting stabbed from the enemy gang and the GL finding him on the street and treating him and hiding him until he is better! After that they go through many ups and down in their relationship, she even gets kidnapped and almost hurt by the enemy gang whose leader has also taken a liking to her (or more accuratelly wants to torment ML using her) before ML saves her...She had long fluffy blond hair in the cover while ML had dark hair!! I also remember the ending which was their wedding and the ML dying after getting shot after they end the ceremony and dying leaving her alone in the end (which left quite a big impression on me...)

So a while back I read a yaoi manga that I really liked but I can't find it on my reading list and I don't remember the name... From the few things that I can remember... The MC is an office worker who is a closeted gay (and he is a virgin that has never dated a guy before I think?) So one day he gathered up his courage and went into a gay club/pab but this place has a "back" room as well if the regular customers want to do more than just drink. There he meets the ML who takes immediately an Interest in him (and I don't really remember... Blame my goldfish memory lol But I think they already knew each other? But like the ML image in the club is a bit different ). Also the ML(Seme) is younger than the MC (Uke). It's already been a week+ since this happened but none of them have fully returned and my "Reading" list is still at 0 when it used to have 2k and my "Want to Read" list also feels incomplete the numbers of content hasn't changed for days now when few days ago it was slowly adding works each day ╥﹏╥
I already saw the email reply btw saying that their data disk crashed and they can only save/bring back the works we rated or tagged... But I had lots of tagged or rated works in my Reading list yet it's still completely empty...
Also I have noticed that some of my works that I used to have on "Reading" list are now showing up on my "Already Read" list?
I just want to know if there is any hope of the lists getting updated further or if I should start sorting out my lists now manually... ┗( T﹏T )┛
