am i dumb ? I can't understand what's happening here ☠
Ah, you mean Takatora and his feelings. Well, I think Takatora had genuine feelings for Kameyama (Kameyama also, imo, helped Takatora live out that alpha lifestyle by having someone he wants to care for and pamper, but Kameyama isn't the type of person for traditional gender roles, so they were too incompatible at the end of the day), but because his own insecurities around his omega identity and very different world views got the best of him (especially wanting a child, knowing Kameyama wants to be child free), it broke them apart. I think what Takatora felt for Arisaka (his first relationship in high school) was more so lust, maybe some feelings and care mixed (as shown when he was talking about wanting to take care of Arisaka and his dreams), as he was his first intimate experience with the same secondary gender after his omega manifestation, and the first omega Takatora could practice the alpha gender role with imo. However, what Takatora displays a lot besides some actual feelings towards most partners is some sort of possessiveness and his partners are often used for him to play out his alpha performance fantasy, so sometimes, it feels like partners are more so accessories than actual people for him, which opens up this emotional rift between Takatora and others. But I think Takatora truly admired and respected Kameyama (black haired guy), and learned from him. As to Takatora and his relationship with Osuzume, I'm a bit unsure what he feels with the information we have now, but I'm guessing Takatora sees his own alpha image ideal in Osuzume, which draws him to an omega who seemingly doesn't look like his usual type (Takatora usually goes for the dainty, small omegas). That for sure indicates some complicated feelings, but they're yet to develop imo. As of now, to me, Osuzume feels a bit like a rebound, almost a consolation prize for Takatora after the 7 year (I think?) relationship with Kameyama. I think Kameyama was his one genuie love so far.
I think he does actually have feelings for Kameyama, with how deeply he's affected by their breakup. It's just that with the fked up way he's raised he is def not the most introspective of his own feelings? Nor is it make him less prone to making the most unexpected turn of a decision whenever shit happen. Theres also the implication of him possibly being polyamorous so...
You're very welcome and you're very spot on with that observation about Takatora! That's actually a very precise way of putting it. He understood it more and more, especially with Kameyama's deep insight and the omega highschool class, but he struggles with accepting it for himself because he was socialized to be an alpha.
At this point I think Takatora is semi-consciously cosplaying toxic masculinity/alpha gender roles because he can't acknowledge how the need to control and subdue his lovers reflects how insecure and fragile he feels. Having been on both ends of discrimination, he knows better than to keep trying to seduce capable omegas into sacrificing their goals. He still believes omegas stay single and struggle only after failing to attract a provider. At the same time, he is gaslighting himself to rationalize clinging to the crumbs of support and status his family provides and accepts to pay the price, not realizing he already has the means to grow fully independent from their expectations. He licks the boot, thinking he's entitled to wear it after fulfilling his role, but he will NEVER do so—the ones holding the power enforce the belief omega traits surpass any accomplishments or abilities.
Feelings aside, he sees himself as an elegant pragmatic saving omegas from their misery (according to his selfish perception). Suisei with his strong body, submissive desires to perform as an omega and financial stress, is Takatora's perfect match. As a bonus, he can keep tabs on his exes and not feel burdened by a romantic relationship because he's fully aware that Suisei kinda hates his guts. Takatora can placate his ego, appease his family, solidify his status and overall profit from Suisei without sacrificing anything and providing the bare minimum. The only feelings present (currently) in this relationship are probably just envy, jealousy, heartbreak and a savior complex sprinkled with a misplaced sense of duty.
U know why i love garam ?
He thinks carefully about the thibgs around him , he can be swayed by the thoughts that other people give him but just a little , he thinks after it logically,
Idk how to explain it but the thing is , garam see the actions and read the good will behind them , also he seems to approach the positive side more than the negative,
I love also how despite the harm caused by professore, garam embrace him and let his warm side appear
Ughhh garam the man u are pls be my man
I wonder why there are some people who are stuck in the past like compton , ok the actions from the past affect your present and hurts u or whatever emotion it gives u , but u can't live ur present on the past things ,
Yall have the same experience from the professor u suffered, but it doesn't mean u must have the same path or the same reaction on it , i think compton is dragging garam not for the sake of garam's music , but out of his selfishness
Idk correct me
( don't mind my English it's not my first language)
It is ultimately selfish. The past students, no matter how hard they try develop their individuality, will always experience things that link back to Prof. It's a reoccurance thats builds deep resentment. It seems that Compton might have been the closest out of all students aside from Garam, and from his personal injustice he feels he needs to liberate all others affected, its something so strong it blinds him. He thinks he's free but he is the most in shackles out of his own personal vendetta. The visuals show that as much as he hates Kim, he has ultimately become him... in a lesser extremity

So ur telling me it's just few chaps and we will wait a week for a chap omgggg ╥﹏╥
