i think it's handled really well. kochan herself didn't know the details of her own condition. but she brought up a lot of possibilities in such a short time after all this time not thinking about it. well for now she might think more about it, about how to handle her past, present, and future. also izumi may not understand everything but now i can see him finally on the start line of getting to know the current version of kochan. it's such an important step

although i said that i feel cid is aroace, but there's no def proof. maybe he isn't aroace but he just thought that romance and stuff isn't his thing or it might be a hindrance to his dream.

i really love the manga because the art make his expression more disinterested (and the same face syndrome is just so funny to me)

however when i read the original webnovel a little (before it's editted into light novel), cid's character there felt so much different, his inner monologue was richer and he felt like a common isekai protagonist. anyway so maybe he is interested in girls, but as long as he doesn't put his hand on any girl or even thinking about it, can he still be called a pervert? being interested is a natural thing. if any, the original writer was the one who is a pervert, or maybe he is also not a pervert but a jokester by writing girls who thrown themselves towards a boy who isn't even interested. or maybe both

i just noticed something unique about this webtoon

war-crazy emperor is usually a villain, however in this one he is made to be sympathized with. meanwhile the duke who helped people became a villain. after all he helped people with ulterior motive meanwhile I sense that the emperor killed his siblings due to important reason. truthfully, the emperor already hurt a lot of people while so far the duke hasn't shown hurt innocents. knowing one's intention really changes perspective.

the mc also a unique one. he is full of hatred, he is insane half the time, but he also presented to be sympathized with because he is the mc and i know his inner monologue. I mean, I sympathize with his past, but it doesn't excuse a lot of his show of cruelty. i just thought this kind of character from another pov is a villain.

i am just the kind of reader who will reserve my own judgement and real life believe while still enjoying the story, it's my way to check that i am still able to differentiate fiction and reality, since i dont touch grass a lot y know

why this world differentiate between spell and magic? aren't spell usually what you do to get magic?? so in my mind they're the same thing. if magic isn't the power of spell, then what spell actually generate???

or could it be translation error? if magic only exist in demon world, then it's kind of demonic magic, while the spell is human magic??

in earlier chapter, when demon use magic, hero will be born. so what's the actual connection will it be explained in the future or wipl it be a plot hole?

it seems I abandoned this when yooan got really furious when they hid their secrets from him bc I thought why he was so mad when it was "their" secret and he was an outsider at their mercy. i still think that part is a bit overboard

buut it turned out right the next chapter he talked to them and they made up and a lot of stuff happened. i read it in one day.

now i know this is a masterpiece, why I didn't have patience back then????

i originally shipped them but now i feel they are too pure to be shipped, they're family your honors. i still shipped yooan and haphas/Lilith in another universe, i mean what's up with yooan giving him preferential treatment, well lilith is a beauty and haphas has gentle nature that feel comforting compared to the rest of demon so I understand tho. even if yooan went around with new friends, author made haphas an important plot device for yooan's growth. it feel as if lilith/haphas is the female lead, especially with that end with astaroth showing part of himself to haphas and haphas's monologue being the one who closing the story.

aside that, i think the plot is really good, it is not stretched out, just right, everyone play a good roles even if you don't feel attached to everyone but everyone are written with purpose. the secrets are quite shocking, even if i were to take my time to think about it instead rushing, i still wouldn't be able to guess it correctly bc the hints are hidden in plain sight. the hints are obviously there but i cant be sure bc they kept saying yooan's soul was a human and how different their personality are awww but in the end everyone got their closure bc yooan acknowledging them. it's so heart warming. i wish there are side stories where they just chilling... or when yooan returned to demon world for vacation. i may just write a fanfic myself when i feel diligent ╥﹏╥

i hate the princess but i feel it's necessary to make the story more exciting.
jt actually reminds me of one piece's nobility/royal (i forget the title). i thought this princess is a bit better because she isn't malicious but ignorance is still a sin huh

she is kinda stupid but i am not sure she is actually that stupid. i mean baal is a convincing con artist, if the princess is rarely in touch with the politic it's no wonder she gets easily conned. her way of thinking is a bit too direct and itself isn't that wrong, but she lack so much political understanding, however in another scenario her method can be effective, only this time it's only helpful for baal. she is basically in the enemy camp.

now we still not sure know whether the deity is above demon king, below, or parallel. i mean if baal became a 'temporary' demon king, can she still stop him in the future if she regreted her choice? i think iruma can charm her no problem and make her change her mind

anyway i think thisn rincess character is refreshing because so far there isn't a character like her in this series which already have so many characters. i am so excited for the future

i think it was rushed in the end but overall it wasn't a bad story to spend time with
the art can always be better but it's adequate
the tl is mtl, if you are used to you still need plenty of guesswork
a lot of plot points are cliche but when waved tgt I think they become quite refreshing
i mean, it's the first time I read a fusion between unlimited flow and cultivation in which a cultivator-like existence aka demigod can create a realm with rules for cultivation.
tbh if this concept is expanded or explored it can be very interesting
