I thought I had read the chapters up to this point, I was sure it was in comic format but ch.49 is the latest release. this isn't the first I can vividly remember the next part, but really- was there no other chapters after 49? I remember reading past this arc near the end.
so maybe it's to say that the party itself was the worst combo to inflate the leader's ego? considering how the easter eggs for the heroines didn't include the original female members this is probably why. not to mention going off on his own he learned more about his ability than he was with the party.

I agree with what other people are saying, but I do also enjoy that this was clearly made for fun. after all if this story had more nuance than what the female lead has discovered, regressors are tried and true in having more experience but whose to say they wouldn't have been more wary of the fmc; or that not all possessors ignore the plain discourse surrounding their debut- I enjoy it for what it is, and there are moments that make me squeal.
