a medical test determined I don’t sweat properly like our seme here…my spouse always teases me for having "a 2° range of comfort" lol - valid.
When your body temp increases & you can’t expel it via sweat; uncomfortable internal heat rises very quickly, and you feel feverish + brain fog. Equate the process to boiling water in a kettle but plugging up the spout….that steam has to go somewhere! It can’t come out of our ears like a cartoon so we faint instead haha
btw my 2° comfort range is NOT compatible with where I live in phx AZ! All throughout May-August, when daily temps stay between 90°-110°+ F, even at night (seriously); I’m like hmmmm well I gotta go to this appt / run this errand / meet this friend / etc, hope I don’t die!

I know sometimes it’s best to continue with the sport/activity depending on the injury at hand, but it almost always involves less strenuous practices until recovered. Tho typically at that skill level the injured individual would simply focus on rehab alone until healed.
