I honestly was bored by the whole story. The uke and seme had no development or chemistry. The third wheel was mildly interesting but wasn't rooting for him either. This was just a boring read （￣へ￣）
From my perspective, MD is upset with Chanwoo and his personal feelings got in the way. To MD, Chanwoo would rather hookup with abusive loser but not him. It hurt him to know that he wasn't good enough to date. Then Chanwoo meets this guys who seems awesome and he's open to Chanwoo and MD's relationship. It's a sham MD wants revenge but also to regain some of that pride he lost. The shock in his eyes was real when he saw how hurt and upset Chanwoo was. He knew he went to far and got too personal. I do believe that MD genuinely loves Chanwoo but he, like Chanwoo, doesn't recognize it yet.
I'm not condoning the actions but trying to understand the meaning behind them.
They were a bunch of co-dependent chaotic messes but nobody is more perfect for each other than these two.
Can someone tell me why they are together?
Because they love one another and gave both made it clear they want to be with one another, why else?

Senpai himself has said he WANTS to be with Morinaga, always did, and didn’t hate the first time they did it because it’s what he wanted deep down, and if he wanted to leave he would. He has also stopped Mori from breaking up the relationship because, again, it’s what he WANTS. No one is forcing him to stay.

I do like them and hope they stay together. I just rather they break up. Or see some growth in their relationship
The first time they had sex was rape. Drugged and raped. Dont justify it. Seriously. I know you like the story but this ain't it. It's very clear their relationship is toxic. But its comedy so no one is taking it seriously. But still doesnt mean you should justify the actions. Liking a story shouldn't cloud your judgment.
