From my experience, if I don't love myself enough to take care of myself, then I can't love another person enough to take care of them without turning myself into a burden. But guys do you know Three lives three worlds by Tang Qi? There's this book that's supposed to be the 4th book in that universe. It's the story of Moyuan and Shaowan. Those who watch the cdrama Ten miles of peach blossom should know Moyuan. What I want to ask is has this book ( I think it's titled The Bodhi fate/ Tribulation of bodhi) come out yet? Does anybody know?
This is just late night rant but come on , just imagine how many accidents will happen should it be real. There will be increased number of rape, cheating, unwanted pregnancy, assholes who abuse their pheromones power, so many undesirable situations. The thought that we will lose all sense of reason during ruts or heats, and someone can turn that into a weapon is extremely uncomfortable. In manhwas , it is usually brushed off for the sake of smut, and often portrayed as borderline consent for the sake of soothing reader's minds. But the same situation applied to our real world is so horrible that I'm a bit surprised I don't find much discussion about the horrors it would bring.
