Could be in some way, but we have already seen that ML doesn't have external female genitalia, nor any scar pointing to C-section delivery. That was why I was hoping it woudn't be mpreg/ABO. Perhaps there will still be some plot twist that he isn't the one who birthed the children and the guy who used him is delusional freak in addition to being rapist but everything based on dialogue and behaviour of ppl around suggest omegaverse as for now.
