Guomin Laogong Dai Huijia
Beside the completely improbable and far-fetched starting of the story and many moments where only the forced twists of fate let the events flow as the author wished, the story itself isn't really that bad. The pacing is simply way too slow at many points, especially in the second half which makes the manhua way too long unnecessarily. At least the artwork is very to my liking.
Claiming my bride for convenience
Although the story is a typical pulp fiction romance, I think it's not that bad and in fact a pretty decent one. The first ten or so chapters are okay, too. The setting is introduced, the background of the main characters' relationship is developed, including the apparent underlying problems and the premonition of the impeding bad end.
But then, in just two or three chapters, a whole load of additional background story is revealed, the story and their relationship are turned upside down, the seemingly unresolvable problems are resolved and their non existing love explodes and turns into a millennium romance.
In other words, the original story by Kate Hewitt seems to be decent but the story pacing of the manga is terrible. At least the artwork is pretty good.
Dream Lover Strategy Guide
Dorky, hilarious, lovely and in the end very sweet. The story is not very deep and the artwork is very simple. It's still worth reading if you want a light hearted, cute little romance.
Child And Sweet Wife
Parallel universe kind of story. Think of modern time version of the four kingdoms. The story could be interesting and intriguing but the story telling is very immature and full of holes. Sometimes it feels like so many panels or even chapters were omitted that it's difficult to follow the story. It gets particularly bad around the last fifteen or so chapters during the last story arc. The artwork is pretty nice most of the time.
11 Years and Counting
This is not your typical love story. The setting with the characters is like an every day slice of life. The pacing is very slow. The artwork is so simple, it borders on being bad. But there is something that touched my soul and almost made me cry. The purest realities of life where sometimes something has to end for something different to have the chance to start. Then again, it's never too late in life. If you are willing to read some more mature story, this one is definitely worth reading.
Yandere Kanojo
Typical four panel slapstick with a lot of funny moments but not really a consistent story. The artwork is very plain and below average.
Hoshi to Kuzu - Don't Worry, Be Happy
Summer Never Ends
On the surface a sweet love story but with a lot of dark undertones resulting in a lot of drama of which not all is resolved happily. The artwork is below average.
Be My Guest
Good story but pretty open ended. Some minor drama, but mostly very nice and chilled like a summer vacation in Okinawa. The artwork is simple but nice and very fitting.
