Omg, Idk why the rating for this manga is so high, when the writing is so terrible. The art is pretty, but there is no character development, no relationship development, and every conflict is the same: a result of non-communication. The characters literally know nothing about each other, and the uke was raped because of a nickname? And they just let that slide? No. Would not read again.
Terrible character development. Conflict with absolutely no cause other than to just be drama. Characters had no reason to like the MC, much less to pursue him to the degree that they did. Definitely would not read again, I don’t know why this is rated as high as it is. Art is beautiful but story needs a LOT of work.

What the hell...I've read thousands of yaoi manga...I've been to the land of Harada and back....but this is the first time I've encountered that kind of thing....I don't know. That caught me off guard, honestly...and it's the only thing I can think of after reading this manga.

I didn't like that Okino rejected the new guy just because he was seemingly ordinary...BUT! I don't think he's completely shallow...I think he just build up his expectations too much because he's always surrounded by beautiful people, and he was just disappointed. He's human, we make mistakes. But look, he's friends with Nemu who is pretty ordinary/geeky in the manga world...and his heart did still go "bathump" BEFORE he realized the guy was good-looking, even though he pushed him out of embarrassment. I think showing that haughty side of him is good though, because he's not pretending to be all cute in front of the new guy...and obviously, the new guy doesn't mind. You guys really think he doesn't know he's good looking? I think he's just two steps ahead of the game. Pft.

I love it when I feel like the uke really enjoys sex, without him having to be promiscuous (though, I love me some slutty ukes). I usually adore the art and story from this mangaka...but the last volume of the werecat series and this manga...kind of just rubbed me the wrong way :/ I feel like there was a lot of unfinished things they needed to discuss seriously, and that there were some issues with their relationship....
I feel you, don't know if they are being rushed or what that these stories are not developed fully.
Which is to their detriment, unfortunately...they've proved that they obviously have the talent to create great works...but lately, they've been kind of lacking...or like, drama for dramas sake without the proper conclusions. I realize it's hard to write sometimes, so I'm not gonna tear them apart like some of the other comments...but I am disappointed. :/
I couldn’t make it past like Chapter 10, where a huge bombshells was dropped and resolved in like 5 pages.
The plot, character development, conflict, and conflict resolutions are just so badly written.
This is definitely just for the smut.
