There was a twisted yaoi i've read before but i can't remember the title. The uke used to bully a boy in the past and now this boy came to his highschool so he tried to bully him again but he was failing and this person instead was becoming more popular, then one day he meets at the station the 'real' guy he used to bully and realizes that this guy at his highschool was a fake . The fake guy ends up bullying the uke back but in a worse way.
