It's really annoying that a large portion of action apocalypse webtoons with a male Mc follows that same patterns: all the girls are within dating age and carefully drawn, if any of them are villainous they are a seductress and the MC finds all sorts of excuses to delay or straight up not kill her, and without exception, massive boobs, unless they have a loli type (sometimes they give one of the girls a daughter or little sister and have an actual loli). No matter who or the weather, the author will figure out a way to get them in the tightest clothes.
All the men are lazily drawn, all ages, usually way older, most of them look realistically plain or straight up ugly, if a guy looks ok, he will surely have a sister who is either rly into the Mc or they have a vaguely incestual vibes, sometimes both. They wear whatever shows up on shopee 1st page if you Google man winter shirt or wtv. If you see male characters that don't look lazily drawn, like there was some effort into it, is a huge brute, not a Roman Reigns kinda guy, that's too handsome, more like a Brock Lesnar if not a straight up Otis. They look like tall dwarves (unless they are old frail magicians or actual dwarves), but if they happen to look cute it's either a trap (yeah, I know, bad word, but I mean the ecchi trope, not actual trans and crosdressers) or a girl in disguise that somehow will have, once again, gigantic tits once she's discovered (all the ftm folks paying tons for good binders and she does all that with some bandages. Wow).
If a character is going to die, is one of the men, male companions are not supposed to last nor to stay around, going on a mission? Male characters, unless it's with the MC, then it's the girls.

This comment is me, mad that this has harem and ecchi traits that are disgusting and unbearable even though it is not tagged as either. It detracts a lot from the piece, but I'm powering through.

Og comment: I'm glad MC is helping women and I really like that he took it upon himself to help sue and her mom, but ngl, I get annoyed when all the women have ginormous boobs in very tight clothes in apocalypse stories, specially if they are the only recurring characters (specially since the one speaking woman character who wasn't shaped like that (the cat mom) was blown to pieces, and the guys beside the MC all look a bit lazily drawn)
Edit: it gets worse? Now they are drawing the ecchi thing of pressing tits with one arm to show movement and prop up. Also the difference in detail on clothes just the lines of stretch on dress shirts from men to women (take the two seniors of the Mc, the short hair lady and the guy who only showed up to die even though he was presented earlier as someone relevant) is insane.

Any beta x omega or beta x alpha that follows at least some of the rules of alpha X omega?
By that I mean the sad stuff: a beta can not properly satisfy the heat/rut, their bodies might reject betas when in heat if there is a possibility of having an alpha/omega, can't resist the pheromones and loses their rationality even if it's someone they "hate" (it's always how the dubcon gets waved away), betas can't smell pheromones, can't get pregnant, alpha/omegas have fated pairs, etc?
NO NEED to have all of these, I just want some hurt, I wanna feel like the alpha/omega actually had to work to be with a beta. Because all αXΩ makes it like their attraction is irresistible and betas aren't even an option. And I know each author have their own specific world building rules, but then when you read αXβ or βXΩ, it's like the fact that it's a beta is not even a big deal biologically, only socially.
I really like kashikomarimashita answer, one of my favorite mangas or all times, regardless of genre, but even that have a beta being enough to quench the rut and he even gets pregnant.

I usually hate alpha X alpha where the uke looks/act/has omegan traits but WOW, you know what, I buy this one, I like it a lot, it's very well written, fun, green flag-y, it's mostly from the seme's POV (a personal favorite), and the side Chara (the brothers and the assistants) are genuinely fun instead of annoying waste of panels, and uke forgiving his omega brother in a way that made sense and didn't feel like he was dumb, wow. Also! I just interpret this as uke being intersex and God knows they don't get enough rep. Really good work

I can't. It's just very bad and my suspension of disbelief is failing. I don't mind the Mc profiling being OP, but it's so disconnected from every other aspect of him. He can't speak, he is hard of hearing, he lost his sense of self to the point of calling himself "this bastard", but he still reads a shit ton of hard, theoretical books (no dictionary in sight, btw). If you manage to get cultured enough to be a professional profiler from reading only, you wouldn't be calling yourself "this bastard". If you can mute your feelings and opinions enough to make such "perfect" readings, you wouldn't be startled by your family's hug, you would've read them and concluded you are safe you would understand what a hug is, since you read so much.
And how does he understand facial expressions when one of the main abuses was isolation? He was used for slave labor (btw, makes no sense to KIDNAP a kid for that, it's way easier to kidnap an adult or join the foster system and abuse it).
Also, why was the doctor touching him???? Letting the parents in without proper socialization procedures? I don't need that to be shown, I know it'd slow too much, but in two panels you can portray time-lapse and that would've been enough and much better than showing him knowing when his parents would arrive (which made no sense BTW since the doctor likely leaves his room and goes to other patients and such, he never left his room, he can't hear, he doesn't know the hospital layout, he doesn't know where his parents are or how long it takes from there to his room or their ohy

It's just… I don't want it to be realistic, I want it to be believable within it's own premise/world building.
