if this follows the novel i just want to warn you guys
that the old dick r words her after she repeatedly tells him not to and she wants to end this.
but also spoiler she goes back to him the next day with the mentality that she will “turn him off” if she can’t leave by acting like a prostitute.
i hope this doesn’t turn out like the novel and the author decides to kill them all off.

i know, it’s genuinely such an infuriating read but honestly there is an aspect that feels realistic, she was groomed by him and that was the first love that she experienced. she couldn’t hate him even though he violated her mentally and physically ╥﹏╥

No, in the novel he doesn’t love her romantically. He sees her only as a physical relationship, not as genuine love. He always there out of empathy.
