I stopped reading actual books in so long that I think I lost all my writing skills and my pride won't allow that.

I have a chance of being invited to a writing group for horror romance (underrated combo) and I can not mess this up.

I need anything, how to expand sentences, how to describe the 5 senses, characterization, YouTube tutorials, anything.

Please help this non novel and book reading user it is not my fault that one day I decided I'd just read manga/whas/huas for the past years, and never tried writing after that.

Use a spread sheet and plan out plot and characters. Use different colours for different plots and if you have specific info you need to remember put it below. And with characters, it helps to make a character board of visuals associated with the character. If you look at the pictures as I go I colour it in with a different colour to show progres...... reply
