You can't reveal the poisoning cuz you're suspect #1, Your master is the only one who can clear your name.
What's more interesting: 1. sneaking away with your unconscious master to try and find a cure 2. pretending to be your master till you can somehow procure a cure 3. Stage an accident and skedaddle 4. Try to contact the poisoner and help them finish the job 5. Something else?
For context - your master is a fair and just ruler, beloved by the people but with shaky ties to the other nobles.
Five. Because mystery and action. Imagine, the noble has a will that including you in it. You learn about the dark secrets of the world to get back the man that saved you.

Depending on how much time i have the best thing to do is pretend to be my master while hiding my real master. All through this i try to find the person who poisoned him and try to cure him. If i fail then i re-stage the poisoning and frame the worst suspect/the person who actually did it. That way i get off scott free while getting revenge for him...... reply

I would seek the help of trusted friends who know that I didn't poison the noble, so they would stage the accident for me and fool everyone, I take the dude and seek the help of a renowned and trusted poisoner to detect the poison and ask them for help with finding the cure and creating the antidote. The poisoner readily helps...... reply
