Clip Studio Paint in my opinion is the best program out there. It’s reasonably priced and has a lot of free assets you can download created by the community. The only downside I’d say is that Clip Studio on the iPad is subscription based so you can’t use your computer license key. Although Procreate is a just a one time payment of 10 dollars,...... reply
I actually use ibispaint to draw because it's free and easy to use and if I ever feel like editing my stuff I use capcut, kinemaster, or cutecut. But if you just wanna animate then use flipaclip :) reply
