Ah yes I remember. I threw up the whole day, had to crawl to the bathroom each time, ended up didn't make it one time so I threw up in the hall. Then had to muster up some energy to clean it up, just to throw up again. Honestly thought that was my last day on earth. reply
I dont get bad cramps.. just this dull and constant backache. Also i get so fcking sleepy, its impossible for me to maintain my daily activities. reply
God I was eating with my family one day and I had gotten a small cramp at first, and joked about it with my family acting like I was dying in pain. Then another came, it wasn't bad at first but then increasingly it gotten worst and it literally felt like someone was pinching and twisting my insides, it was literally so bad I couldn't move and say a...... reply
My cramps are usually at the beginning of my period when I'm just spotting. Other than that it's not usually a problem. I have been in the last year or so getting lightheaded and dizzy right before my period. I almost passed out at work a couple of months ago because of it. reply
Glad you arent in pain anymore.
Go to a gyno (if possible) and talk with them about it.
If you cant do that note down the pain, how it felt, how long, if it happens again.
If it does, then something is up cramps are meant to be uncomfortable not excrusiatingly (i cant spell) painful.
