154cm and 60kg
I'm 154cm and 60kg. I want to lose weight because I'm starting to lose confidence with myself. my upper body is fine but all the fat goes to my waist and below especially the thighs. I have like extremely thick thighs and it doesn't really match with my upper body. can anybody suggest me any kinds of workout or exercises that can reduce my weight and tone down my thighs.

i'm actually heavier than you....and it does bother me to have big thighs buut i began to actually don't care and accept the fact that I'm thicc af with thighs XD and good luck with exercising and losing weight... :3 (sorry if it's not helpful :/) 1 reply
